Christmas Ball

The Central Illinois English Country Dancers will be holding their twenty-third annual Christmas Ball on Saturday, December 16, 2017. The dance will be held in the second floor ballroom of the Illini Student Union, 1401 W. Green, Urbana, IL, on the campus of the University of Illinois. The Ball will run from 7:00 to 10:30 p.m., with refreshments and carol singing during the break. There is a $7.00 suggested donation to help cover the cost of the Ball. Fans and finery are encouraged. All lovers of English Country dance and music are welcome.

Refreshments will be provided during the caroling at the break.

Country Dance and Song Society

For those who are interested, the Urbana Country Dancers will be holding a contra dance on Friday, December 15, from 8 to 11 p.m. at the Channing-Murray Foundation, 1209 W. Oregon in Urbana. Come for both nights and make it a weekend.
